Description:
Serial #1250, .303 British, 25" barrel with a very good plus, bright bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves. This is an import marked Ross sporter which has the Harris controlled-feed magazine and retains 85-90% of an old reblued finish that has gray fading along the raised edges and projections as well as along the bearing surfaces of the bolt. The rifle is equipped with an early Ross V-notch rear sight and a very short blade front sight while the nicely refinished smooth walnut stock has only a few minor surface scratches and small blemishes scattered throughout. There is some lovely figuring in the wood and the rifle rates very good plus condition overall. FFL or C&R
