Description:
Serial #365, .30 Cup-Primed, 3 1/2" octagon barrel with a good, lightly freckled bore. This is a nice little revolver that retains most of the original silver plate finish on the frame which has turned to a mottled black color overall. The barrel and cylinder have a predominantly mottled gray patina with spots of darker freckling throughout and some tiny areas of pinprick pitting. The cylinder pin has some impact marks around the tip but the push-button catch is still functional. The rosewood grips are in very good shape with some varnish loss at the butt and scattered handling marks and minor blemishes. The action is tight and fully functional and the revolver rates very good-near fine condition overall. These pocket-sized Plant revolvers are quite uncommon. Antique
