Description:
S# 257759, .38-55, 26 inch round barrel, bright very good bore. This 1902 built standard rifle features a semi buckhorn sporting rear sight and sporting front sight. Metal surfaces retain about 35% blue, mostly in protected areas, with fading to brown mixed with areas worn near bright. Barrel bottom is importer marked on right by forend cap. The wood was refinished long ago after a light sanding. Forend shows six notches on left side. Wood is sound with many small marks. This rifle will make a great shooter or hunting gun. FFL or C&R
