Payment Types Accepted: certified check Description: Gun was proofed at Ferlach Austria Proof House, and was built in 1955 by master gunsmith Johan Michelitsch. Barrels are made by Bohler, Blitz Steel being the type of steel. This was a typical Drilling made for US Military personnel after WWII, and was custom built for my father, from whom the gun was inherited. Serial Number is 41473. The gun’s action is a Top Break Boxlock and has a chamber length of 2 ¾ inches, standard for US export. Barrel length is 25 ½ inches with a length of pull of 14 ¼ inches. Frame Engravings show a Germanic semi-deep relief rehbok scene engraving. The gun has a coin finish receiver with blued barrels. Included are the original woven-leather strap and original leg-a-mutton leather case. Condition: 90%--95% (GunsInternational appraisal) with minor issue of “Bottom inspection screw is out of line.” Other condition issue is slight looseness of stock on boxlock.
