Description:
Here is an interesting pre-war German shotgun with good condition and interesting features. Good case color and engraving. Well figured wood with "diamond" pistol grip and beavertail forend. Scalloped and reinforced action. Double underbite with Greener third fastener. Barrels are 27 1/2" Krupp Steel Barrels - Nitro Proofed. Right bore at .669 with 4/1000 choke (skeet) and Left barrel at .672 bore with 10/1000 Choke (IC). Mirror bores. Chambers are 2 3/4". Perhaps this was a Skeet gun with the beavertail forend and open chokes. Gun is tight on face. Missing insert in pistol grip - see photo. Sling swivels - barrel swivel is screwed in and can be removed. Horn reinforced trigger guard. Weight of gun is 5 LBS 11 OZ. Shipping is $40. Stock dimensions follow.
