Description:
The No. 2 had the most graceful lines of any of the rolling blocks. Nice feeling rifle. This one is in fair cond. Doesn't look too bad. A very aged looking frame. Bbl pretty much the same. I'm not quite sure what the finish is. Maybe painted years ago? There is some flaking. Bbl markings are good and nice sharp edges on the octagons. Butt stock is good. These are quite fragile in the wrist area. This one seems to have survived. There may be some very light crows foot cracks off the lower tang.?. Everything is nice and solid. Forearm is also in VG cond with the exception of the Ebony inlay is missing. This is a rimfire and on the bottom of the bbl it is hand stamped 32 RF. Bore does not look too good and may clean up with a lot of elbow grease. Still, this is a very attractive gun that would look great in the den or gun room.
