Starr Model 1863 .44 caliber revolver. Single action revolver, about 32,000 were made 1863-1865. 8” long barrel. The bore has strong rifling with frosting. The finish is a brown patina. Grips are good showing some wear. Gun works very well, and has a US Military inspection proof “B” on the barrel. Very good condition.
