SOLD On Hold Pending Funds / Japanese Type 10 Signal Pistol with Holster. manufactured at Tokyo Arsenal, serial # 5242, cal. 35mm Flares, has a 4 ¾” barrel with an excellent bore, Pistol is a single barrel, double action design. The metal retains nearly all of the original rust blue finish. This flare pistol was manufactured from 1921 through the end of WWII and fewer than 8500 were made. The original grooved wood grips are in very good condition. The pistol functions flawlessly. This pistol comes with its original correct leather holster that is in very good condition. The holster shows minor wear but is otherwise very good, original shoulder strap is present but there is an arsenal quality repair to the strap where it was rejoined. The overall condition as described is very good plus - very good plus plus. Inv. # J 2847
