Whitney Kennedy Large Frame Lever Action Rifle 40-60 cal Bore VG plus, Mech VG plus works fine, Wood VG plus with good wood to metal fit. Has an original 28” Rd barrel with original sight, full mag and 40-60 cal marking. There are no markings on the barrel other than the caliber marking. The receiver has an original dust cover and the top tang has partially visible patent date markings. The lower tang has the serial number S787 mfg’d 1885. Metal overall has a dark aged grey brown patina finish with traces of fine pitting
