Description:
No bullseye inset in stock so mfg pre 1917 is this standard carbine, often referred to as an Eastern carbine as there is and never was a saddle ring installed. Barrel is 20" with full magazine and carbine butt stock. Barrel and tube retain virtually all of the original factory blue finish. The case colors have basically patterned out with some traces of strong color in spots and hidden areas. Stocks are excellent with no cracks and all original finish, proud to metal. Action is perfect. Strong bore with some frosting but really a shootable gun.
