Description: This is an incredible piece of American history that can be yours! The Browning A-3 is just one more step in the evolution of the venerable Auto-5 line of semi-automatic shotguns. This particular specimen was manufactured in Belgium in 1935, and came as a 2 barrel set in it's own Browning hard case. It has been beautifully refinished so as to restore it to it's original finish, but not hide it's age and character. The set originally included a 26" barrel with fixed improved cylinder choke, and 28" barrel with fixed modified choke. The 28" barrel was cut to 22", and had a variable choke installed. There has also been a Jostam 3 ply rubber butt pad installed to increase length of pull to 14 1/4". There is an included letter of provenance from Browning showing the original configuration of this shotgun, it's original date and cost of purchase, and where it was delivered. A must have piece for the Browning collector, or shotgun connoisseur. It must bee seen to be truly appreciated, add this piece of Browning shotgunning history to your collection, and be the envy of your fellow enthusiasts!
