Description:
S# 5543, 22 short, 2 1/2 inch barrel, very good bore with a couple patches of erosion. This little seven shot revolver remains in very good condition with 85% nickel plate on main parts. Hammer shows faint traces of case colors. Grips fit well and show wear similar to gun. This revolver is slightly unusual with the barley corn front sight, most smokers have a brass half disk. Other features include birdhead grip. Non fluted cylinder with locking notches at rear, Hood's patent cylinder pin retainer, solid frame and no rear sight. A very good example of this once popular revolver with uncommon front sight. Antique
