Description:
Lots of extra features make this an exceptionally interesting Winchester. A deluxe rigle with a 28" heavy-octagon barrel, single set trigger and button magazine doesn't come along too often, and to retain the condition of this one makes it more unusual. The bore is excellent and the amount of remaining blue and wood finish just makes it better yet. As well, the dust cover is intact. A couple of screw heads are marred and the fore end is probably a replacement, but it matches the rifle well. Altogether a nice old deluxe 73.

Metal Condition: Action retains some trace case color and the hammer retains strong color. Barrel has a faded spot on the left side about halfway between the fore end and the muzzle with some light patina. Otherwise the barrel blue is still deep and rich. Except the two l
Wood Condition: Wood retains lots of original finish with a couple of blemishes in the finish. There is one chip on the right side of the stock. Wood is crack and split free.
Bore Condition: Amazingly nice with crisp rifling and plenty of shine. Little marking.
