Description:
Ithaca NID Grade 7 E 12 gauge 28 inch barrels, modified/full chokes. According to Ithaca records only 22 Grade 7 E guns were manufacture in 12 gauge. This gun was sold to Louis A. Wehle, founder of The Genessee Brewing Company in 1936, as part of a 3 gun package. Stock was refurbished in the mid-1970's by Dick Collins of Bloomfield, New York. Double vent rib with two sighting beads. LOP is 14-1/8 inches, the drop at the heel of 3 inches. Gold tone double triggers. Steel skeleton butt plate. horn pistol grip cap. Escuteon shield engraved 'LAW'. Receiver and trigger guard are fully engraved with gold inlays. The wood around the forearm release is weak/damaged and with need a profession repair completed.
