On Hold / Pending Funds / U.S. Smith & Wesson Victory Model Revolver, serial # V 4583xx, cal. 38 Special, 4" pinned barrel with an excellent bore. The revolver retains about 97 - 99% of its original Parkerized finish with some light silvering present on the high edges, scattered light scratches and a light turn ring on the cylinder. The case-hardened colors of the hammer and trigger remain bold and strong. The smooth walnut grips are in very good to excellent condition with scattered light scratches a few light dents and handling wear visible also the bottoms are stamped with the number ten probably the rack number. The revolver has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder and the right grip panel. Ordnance proof mark (P) appears on the frame. There is also an ordnance flaming bomb inspection insignia on the butt of the revolver in front of the lanyard ring. Overall this Victory Model Revolver is in very good plus condition.
