Description:
This excellent condition bayonet retains 890% blue on blade with about 85% on socket showing use and light fading. The US marking remains crisp. Scabbard has a one inch US medallion on the brass belt hook. Leather frog is marked "W.G." and "4" on back, leather shows mirror surface cracking. Scabbard body show 80% blue. A fine example.
