this is a 1884 model springfield rifle the barrel is 32 5/8 inches long has leather sling appears original
the wood has no cracks no chips has numbers stamped inthe wood stock aswell as inspectors initals and dated 1891. the finish is about 85% original blue turning plumb no rust at all seems to have been taken care of fairly well. the action is crisp and works fine the bore is bright and shiny with very sharp rifeling.
