Overall very good condition. Main battle rifle of Mother Russia during WWII. Arsenal rework, stored and not reissued. Rugged, reliable and accurate. Shoots the inexensive and plentiful 762x54R round. Wood is good or better with no cracks or splits and some minor handling marks. Metal has no rust or pitting and retains over 90% of original finish. Bore is shiny with good rifling.
