24" tapered round barrel with ramp front sight, full-band swivel base and quarter rib with one solid standing express sight. Figured European walnut stock with ebony forend tip, classic borderless point-pattern checkering (wrapping under the forend), twin recoil crossbolts, skeleton steel pistol grip---checkered within, beaded cheekpiece, vacant brass initial oval, inletted rear swivel stud and red rubber recoil pad. Dakota 76 magnum-length action with 2-panel checkered bolt knob, Model 70-type three-position safety and hinged straddle drop-box magazine with release inside triggerguard. Leupold Vari-X III 1.5-5x matte-finish with fine duplex reticle on Talley quick-detachable mounts. Pull: 14". Weight: 10lbs, 5oz, with scope. 98%blue.
