29" O/U vent-rib barrels of Boehler Antinit steel choked improved modified & full. 14"pull from gold-plated, checkered, single non-selective trigger to recoil pad. 1 1/2" - 2"drop. 1/4"cast-off. Figured European walnut stock with Deeley-pull-down latch slender field forend, pistol grip, classic borderless point-pattern checkering and vacant gold oval. Concealed-release, hand-detachable sidelock action with intercepting sears, integrally-machined bridles and gold-washed pins. Gold crown on pierced, hold-open toplever. Manual top tang safety with S inlaid in gold. Full coverage robust acanthus scroll engraved receiver and with two gold inlaid birds on each lockplate and another on the underside of the receiver. Weight: 7lbs, 8 1/2oz. Built 1970. 99%blue, tight action, mirror bright bores.
