Description:
Parker Brothers VH, #1 ½ frame, 12 gauge, double-barrel shotgun with extractors. The title incorrectly states EJECTORS and cannot be edited. Year of manufacture is 1923. These are high-resolution photos (1.5 to 2.5 MB); zoom in for detailed view). 28" barrels with shiny bores in excellent condition. Two ivory bead sights – one behind the muzzle and one mid barrel. Outside of receiver has 30-40 percent of its original case colors, fades to patina on the bottom. Case colors in sheltered areas is bright and strong. At least 95% bluing on barrels. Bluing is worn to shiny on around the muzzle and around the breech. There is small, minor scuffing and a few very small discoloration marks the length of the barrel (see photos). Walnut stock has no cracks or breaks; there are some very minor scuff marks (see photos). Receiver is engraved with decorative patterns along the border and around the screws on both sides and the bottom. “Parker Bros” is engraved on both side of the receiver. Butt plate of hard black rubber has dog head with woodcock in its mouth and PARKER BROTHERS. Blank initial shield on underside of stock. Factory-aligned screws. Serial numbers all match – barrel, water table, forearm, trigger guard. LOP is 14", drop at comb 2", drop at heal 3 1/4". Action tight. Must ship to FFL. Buyer pays shipping and insurance.
