German Model 1879 Reichsrevolver with Holster. serial # 7241, cal. 10.55mm, with a 7 1/8” barrel and a very good bright bore, 6 shot fluted cylinder. The metal surfaces retain 95% original finish starting to brown. The left side of the frame is dated 1881 along with Sauer & Sohn marking. Smooth walnut 2 piece grips, has lanyard ring at butt. The buttcap has regimental markings "58.A.2.48". Included with this revolver is an original holster in good condition. The overall condition as described is very good – very good plus. Inv. # 11-56
