A custom made mountain rifle percussion in .55 caliber with a clean rifled bore, and a heavy octagonal barrel of 26". The rear sight is a peep sight, and the front is a blade type, action works excellent, and has a custom wide hammer spur, the stock is New England Cherry, and has numerous lightly engraved designs, with a running deer, and hand made brass crescent butt-plate, and trigger guard, the ram-rod is oak with a brass tip, Overall length is about 40".
