Side lock vintage L.C. Smith 12ga. double has excellent bores, and are choked at a tight MOD/FULL. chambered for the 2 3/4" shell, with 28" barrels!. Bluing is about 87% with some fading of color,and appears to be original. The receiver was once case hardened and now is silver color, with splotches of case colors.. American walnut wood is excellent, with very sharp checkering and good graining. LOP with a black hard rubber butt-plate is 14 1/2". Locks up tight like a drum.
