This Belgain Browning B27 in 12ga. is in original matching box with original owners manual.
Barrel finish is 99.9%, wood is 99.5%. It is a Trap Model (probably Olympic-Bunker Trap) and has 30" Brls with a 14 mm wide Broadway rib and mechanical single selective trigger. The wood is rather plain.
This shotgun is NOT the legendary B25 Superposed.
The B27 Superposed was made by FN (Fabrique Nationale) and is the third generation of the Browning Superposed. It was an effort by Browning in the 1970s to produce a reduced cost Superposed.
My understanding is that they were mainly sold in Europe and not a cataloged item in the U.S.. This gun has both Browning and Fabrique Nationale markings.
The B-27 uses a pushbutton type forearm release and not the Deeley type release used on the B25 Superposed and the Citori. The box label indicates that the barrels are chrome lined except for the choke area.
