I have many more pictures so please do not be afraid to ask for them. Up for sale is an extremely rare 1895 Savage Rifle with a special ordered Case Colored Receiver. Yes I said Case Colored Receiver. Serial number is 74xx. Caliber 303, 26" round barrel retains 70 to 75% original blue. I will rate the bore an 8 on a scale from 1 to 10. Receiver retains 25 to 30% of it's original case colors. Included is a Lyman tang sight, rear sight dovetail is empty. Forend in great condition, stock has section missing from toe area (see pic, I have more pics of damaged area). There is also the initials BC carved into left side of stock (see pic). Wrong buttplate, broken Remington Buttplate. Action functions very nicely. Fix the stock and you will have a very rare and expensive collectable 1895 Savage.
