For sale is the complete series of 22 cal. Kansas Series guns. Twelve guns in total that cover the Forts, Cowtowns and Trails. These were originally purchased from Kidwell's Hardware in Witchita, Kansas. The unique part of this set is the history. If you signed up to purchase the entire set of twelve guns from Colt, then Colt would produce two of the twelve guns per year while guarantying that all twelve guns produced would have the same serial number. Hence all twelve guns have "86" as the start of their serial number followed by the guns unique identity (ie: Santa Fe Trail = 86ST). Not sure how many sets were produced in this fashion, but you had to be a patient buyer and wait six years to get all twelve guns. Asking price is $899.00 per gun. Every gun is pristine, except for an 1/8" x 1/8" mark on the Fort Larned's sight. All cylinders are unturned and there is no finish deterioration. All guns have cases and some papers as pictured.
