Description:
Serial number 674641 was mfg from 1931-40 and is referred to as a 1st model. It is your standard pre war double action blued .22 caliber revolver with target sights and silver medallion diamond checkered walnut grips. Bore and action are mint. Most of the brilliant case colors remains on both the hammer and trigger. Barrel measures 6" As to the remaining factory high polish blue finish, it is at least 95%. There is a hint of wear on top of front grip strap, at the high edge side of the muzzel, a hint on high edges of cylinder and there is a visible drag line. Grips are near mint. The red box is the rare picture pre war box and has survived in excellent to near mint condition and is quite valuable in its own right.
