Description:
24" tapered round barrel. Figured walnut stock with rosewood forend tip, classic borderless point-pattern checkering, rosewood pistol grip cap, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, concealed reinforcement between magazine and trigger wells, and black recoil pad. Slick action, with detachable box magazine, chamber-loaded indicator, cocking indicator, top tang safety and engraved, maker's sculptured scope bases for Leupold rings. Extensive scroll engraving covering receiver, bottom metal and 2 1/2 inches onto the barrel; and with very finely executed gold inlaid animal heads: bear on underside, pronghorn antelope on triggerguard, mountain goat on front left receiver ring, baying elk on left rear, and Rocky Mountain sheep on right rear receiver ring---bewilderingly, unsigned.
