Antique,prior- World War I period 4 X magnification sniper rifle scope with claw mounts.One of the firsts numbers ( 521!!!) of this company.Excellent scope for old collectible sporting, drilling and side by side rifles and shotguns. During WWI, many German sporting rifle scopes were converted for use with the German military`s Scharfscutzen-Gewehr 98 Sniping Rifles. Rudiger & Bischoff scopes, like many others were employed in this bloody business. Many different models were available before this two famous rifle scopes specialists open separate companies. Reticle Post Arrow with Horizontal Hair. Magnification 4 X Length 283.00 mm Main tube diameter 24.60 mm Eye piece part of tube diameter 37.00 mm Clear lenses,sharp view,good working elevation, excellent collectible body condition.
