Description:
These were manufactured in Brooklyn, N.Y. from 1865 to 1870. This one is early as it does not have the knife blade extractor. It is the scarcer brass frame with silver finish. It is lightly engraved on the frame and back of the barrel. The serial number is 5927. The barrel has been refinished and retains all the blue finish. The grips retain the original oil finish. Mechanically it is excellent and has a very good bore. Colt bought the company in 1870 and retained this model as their own derringer. Antique! No FFL Required. If you live in a state that requires an FFL for the shipping of an antique, you should call 251-510-5007 before buying.  US only - no International sales.  Must be 21 years of age to purchase. Buyer pays $25.00 shipping. Three day inspection allowed if returned UNALTERED!  Any weapon you plan to shoot should be inspected by a competent gun smith before firing.  Give us a call or e-mail us at jimconfederateordinance.
