Description:
I have for sale a new, unfired true matched pair of high grade DeHaan 20 gauge over and under. This pair of guns have consecutive serial numbers, and are engraved on the bottom of the receiver 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. If you love nice wood you will quickly fall in love with these two guns. The Turkish Walnut on these are as nice as any guns you will see at any price. The pictures will pretty much show you what you need to know about the beauty of these two guns but here are the particulars. First of all they have 28 inch chrome lined barrels with factory choke tubes. There are two tubes included (IC & Mod) with each gun and additional tubes are available from DeHaan in both flush and extended models at a very cheap price. Forcing cones come lengthened from the factory for better patterns and reduced recoil. Both guns have 3 inch chambers. Stock dimensions are 1 1/2 X 2 1/4 X 14 1/2 over the skeleton butt and cast off for the right hand shooter. Stock has Prince of Wales grip and schnabel forend with very nicely done checkering. These are box-lock, side plated actions with very nice engraving. Trigger is single and selective with non-automatic safety. Trigger is mechanical not inertia and the triggers break at 4 pounds 12 ounces on one gun and 5 pounds 1 ounce on the second for very decent pulls. Ejectors are strong and well timed. The engraving pattern is SGr05 which is one of DeHaan's premium patterns. I'm very impressed by the fit and finish on this pair of guns, they will not disappoint you in any way. Price for the pair is $5500 plus $75 shipping to your FFL. As always there is a three day non-firing inspection period with the buyer paying shipping charges if returned. Take a look at the pictures and I think you will agree this pair of guns is special. Sorry, there is no case or manuals with these guns.
