Description:
Serial #LBH1409, .45-70 Gov't., 22? barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome carbine that retains 98-99% of the original blue finish along the barrel with a like amount of original color case-hardening remaining on the receiver, lock, sling bar and ring, and on the checkered metal pistol grip adapter. The nicely figured walnut stock has two small spots of wear on either side of the wrist and some further tiny handling marks and very minor blemishes in the otherwise excellent original varnish. The carbine has the original flip-up rear ladder sight and is a fine-excellent example of a modern-made Trapdoor. FFL
