U.S. BALL CIVIL WAR CARBINE .50 caliber Spencer, 20 1/2" barrel finished blue. Casehardened action and mounts. Walnut forend and buttstock. The magazine tube located in the forearm under the barrel. One of only 1001 mfg. Retainng all of the original blue and vivid casehardened finish. The stock showing only very minor storage marks. Mint bore, unissued.
