This 1911 is in fairly good condition for being almost a century old. The metal appears to be in good condition, but has some blotchy spots that may be characteristic of an arsenal refinish. There are light surface scratches visible throughout the metal. There is also a heavier mark on the frame just above the trigger guard on the left side of the gun. The grips appears to be in good condition, but may have had a coat of some sort of finish sprayed over them. They do have a couple of spots that show wear, but the checkering is still pronounced fairly well. The bore is in excellent condition, and is bright and shiny with sharp rifling.
