Description:
Winchester Model 12 factory skeet made in 1952. The 26” barrel has a factory “duck bill” vent rib and all markings are crisp and clear. The bore is .730” and the choke has been opened to a spreader style of -.010” making the muzzle diameter at .740”. The receiver has been engraved with game scene of dog and bird on each side with some scroll in the corners. The engraving has to be aftermarket but there is no evidence that the gun has been reblued, see the photo of the ring in the action! The stock is beautiful and original except for the pad; the LOP is 14”. It is a good looking gun. It is very tight and I really don’t think that it was ever shot very much at all.
