Caliber Info: .30 W.C.F.
Metal Condition: The Winchester Extra Steel Barrel has good blue on the octagon flats from receiver to muzzle, although the edges are worn. The receiver has better than usual blue on the sides, bottom tang and bolt.
Wood Condition: Lots of scratches and ding throughout. No cracks in forend wood, however there are two 2" hairline cracks in the butt-stock on each side parallel to the bottom tang.
Bore Condition: Fairly good bore throughout considering age, lightly frosted chamber to muzzle but no pitting.
Barrels: 26" Full Octagon with full magazine tube.
Stock: Walnut.
Stock Dimensions:
13" Length of pull.
Butt Pad: Crescent butt-plate.
Weight: 8 Lbs.
Sights: Front sight is stamped "Lyman" it is a "Jack Sight" variance with worn ivory bead. The rear is sight is a Sporting sight with an extended elevator with PAT. FEB. 5. 1901 stamped on the left side (neither have name brands stamped on them).
