Mauser Type S98 Sporter 8mm Mauser caliber carbine. Mauser “S” Type carbine. 20” barrel. Excellent bore. Set triggers, quick release floorplate. Gun has a horn buttplate with MW Mauser Werke monogram. Full length stock. Steel pistol grip cap. Gun shows some normal wear from hunting use, but no abuse. Gun is “Crown U” proofed. All numbers are matching. Checkering is very good. Gun is very good condition overall.
