Description:
S# 147303, .38-55 , 26 inch barrel, very good bore with scattered light erosion. This 1902 MFG rifle features a round barrel, sporting rear sight and bead front sight. Receiver shows strong traces of blue in protected areas. Barrel and mag tube retain perhaps 30% with balance a mix of grey and brown patina. Wood shows a sanded out chip near toe and two small cracks in front of forend with a little added oil. Barrel is importer marked on left in front of forend cap. A cody zip sheet confirms 1902 MFG as standard round barrel 38-55 rifle. This should make a fine shooter. FFL or C&R
