Description:
S#57729, .351 SL, 20 inch barrel, bright excellent bore. This circa 1957 MFG carbine shows all the features of a late production gun with heavy stock, no tang stamping or tang sight holes, steel buttplate and factory sling swivels. Carbine retains over 90% blue with a few scattered stains and scratches and wear on high edges and muzzle. Wood shows marks from use and a 2 1/2 inch crack (repairable) in rear left of forend. Barrel is importer stamped on bottom by plunger. A good example of this piece that many collectors call a police carbine. FFL or C&R
