QUITE POSSIBLY THE BEST 12 bore Rigby made.
A VERY SPECIAL "LIGHT" GAME GUN.
See letter from Mr. Paul Roberts, Chairman of Rigby's at that time.
The gun was built to a very intricate and challenging specification.
It had to incorporate many features and still keep the WEIGHT below 6 lbs.
I purchased the gun from and old friend who had it built for walk ups.
He demanded, and could afford, to have the best posiible field gun built.
Gun was finished in 1993 by the master craftsman, David Perkins, from Rigby.
The engraving was exact Rigby pattern done by Allyson Hunt.
I could go on and on about the workmanship but I thnk the letter from Rigby says it all.
