This Carbine is a third block production gun. The serial number is 5368473. The barrel date is 7-44. This carbine is a vet's take home. It is as all original issued condition. Has the hard to find milled rear sight marked HI. The type one barrel band is coded UI. All the internal parts are correctly Inland coded. The stock and forend are correctly Inland coded. All the parts are correct for this serial number range and time frame. The bore is sharp and clean. This is an excellent as issued carbine that has not been through the rebuild program after the war. These all original carbines are getting harder and harder to find today. Here is a nice Inland for the collector to have in their collection.
