John Rigby Mauser Sporter, a circa 1991 rifle made by Rigby in London prior to being sold and moved to California. 7mm Rem. Mag., 24" barrel engraved "J. Rigby & Co., London England", 9 lbs 3 oz. (with scope), 13 5/8" LOP over pad, commercial non-military Mauser action with 3-position safety and "Safe" in gold, front of action border engraved and engraved "7mm Rem. Mag." on left side and "Made in England" on right side, finely engraved floorplate with acanthus scroll and "Cal. 7mm Rem. Mag", inside triggerguard floorplate release, scroll engraved steel grip cap, nicely figured stock with wrap checkering, cheekpiece, ebony forend tip, vacant gold oval, and inletted swivels. Excellent condition with a few minor handling marks. Comes with mounted Kahles 3-9x scope. Rings engraved "J. Rigby & Co., London" and "7mm Rem. Mag., No. 6764".
