Description:
For sale is a like new Custom Winchester Model 70, Classic Featherweight rifle. It has its certificate of authentication from Winchester's custom shop. The stock is Fancy American Walnut with satin polyurethane finish -"Classic" configuration with schnabel forend and 1/2" red rubber recoil pad. It has cut checkering in the featherweight pattern.
It is a left hand claw action. "Controlled round feed extration with action hand honed and work performed in key areas of receiver - squared lugs and polished bolt fact -3 position safety - Model 70 unkurled bolt handle - hand engine turned bolt, extractor and extractor ring - one cross bolt - piece steel trigger guard and magazine cover - steel pistol grip cap - Special Custom Shop Stamp along with Winchester Proof Stamp - front and rear inletted sling swivels - detatchable sling swivels.
It has a 24" Krieger chrome-moly steel match grade, cut rifledfluted round barrel.
The gun has been shot very little, if any and has no scratches, dings, or signs of wear.
