Description:
Mauser Luger Cutaway Pistol, Model 29/70. Manufactured about 1970, "windows" cut away by Mauser factory. Approximately 12 windows cut into the mechanism and magazine, showing detailed functioning. Caliber 9mm Parabellum, four-inch barrel rifled. Sometimes referred to as salesman samples.
Condition 100% new, except for a few red paint flakes, as shown in pictures. Did not ship from the factory in its own box. Markings: Original Mauser logo in top toggle, 9mm Lug... on barrel top, LOADED on extractor, SAFE on safety lever, Mauser logo on rear bottom magazine. No serial or assembly numbers, no proof marks or any other visible marks. Expert opinions vary about quantity manufactured, from two to less than 100. Note: This is not considered by BATF to be a firearm, and is not subject to FFL regulations.
Three day inspection. Absolutely no disassembly or moving of any parts (toggle, magazine, trigger, safety, etc). Purchase price refunded less shipping related costs, if returned in same condition as sent. Seller accepts Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, or Money Order.
