BROWNING SAFARI BOLT RIFLE - .308 Norma Mag. Cal. - Mauser Large Ring Action w/Claw Style Long Extractor - 24" Mag. Barrel - Folding Style Rear Sight - Bead on Ramp Front Sight w/ Hood - 1965 Belgium Manufacture. Factory Original Condition. No Dings, Dents or Damage to wood or metal. Has NOT been refinished or re-blued. Bore and Chamber are both as New. Walnut stock has a hint of "checking" in the original laquer finish at the butt area - it does not show in the pictures - it has to be held in direct bright light to see the traces.
This .308 Norma Mag. Safari Rifle is simply an excellent example of a Belgium Browning in a hard to find rare cal. It is accurately described and pictured. Please compare it on the basis of price and condition to any other .308 Norma Mag. Safari listed.
