- Springfield Arsenal Model 1880 Hunting Knife
- This is number 417 of 1002 made.
- Type 4 Scabbard, which is a modified Watervliet Arsenal Scabbard, done by Rock Island Arsenal
- Scabbard is missing brass throat plate
- Condition: Strong patina thoughout metal surface. Blade edge has sizeable nick in metal. Wood Excellent, Scabbard leather cracking at loop attachment point. All in all pretty darn good for 135 years old!
