Description:
Serial #91L6218, .303 British, 25? barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This 1950 dated rifle retains 98% plus of the original blue finish with a few scattered spots of gray and some mild silvering at the muzzle and on the exposed edges and bearing surfaces of the matching numbered bolt. A sheet metal Mk. 3 adjustable rear sight is fitted and there is a very small and unobtrusive import stamp on the left side of the receiver. The walnut buttstock, forend, and handguards are in very good-fine condition with some minor handling marks and small surface blemishes marring the otherwise excellent original oil finish and a single Suncorite finished magazine is included. This is a great Korean War era rifle that is in excellent condition overall and would make a great addition to any collection. {Ref.
