Winchester pre war 16ga model 12.Built in 1928,this gun has a nickel steel solid rib 28" barrel choked full.It retains 85%of the original blue and wood finish and has not been altered in any way.The bore is clean with no rust or pitting.The wood is sound with no cracks or gouges.The stock does have several surface handling marks,but nothing severe.The action is tight and the take up ring has not been moved.This gun has the early style stock and the "corn cob" forend.A great early model 12 for the hunter who likes the classic guns.C&R eligible.
