WWI Militaria Assemblage. Framed size 16 X 19 inches. Depth 1 1/2 inches. Pictures floated above the background. Three miniature pictures: German Staff Officer 1914; Em Dupuis artist, French Foot Soldier machinegunner 1915; British Soldier 1915. artist Dupuis. Order gold/silver metal and green enamel appears German or Austrian. French Croix de Guerre 1914-1918. American Victory Medal - bars: St. Mihiel,Meuse-Argonne, Defensive Sector. German?/French? medal gold metal and blue enamel: Crown surmounting letter F, Pour*LeMe*rite on cross. Button looks British.
Picture focus "soft" because I do not wish to remove glass.
Except for the Victory Medal which belonged to a relative, I picked up all the rest of the stuff in France and Germany in the early1970s, and had the framing done in USA after my return.
